Albuquerque God’s Talent Audition Form
(open to Mid School and High School Students only- including accompanists)
Include the non-refundable $20 per act audition fee with this form. Only the top 10 acts will be chosen to perform on Friday March 19, 2021 in the Hoffmantown Church Sanctuary.
Audition application and payment of the $20 non-refundable fee is due by Friday, Feb 26, 2021. No audition applications will be accepted after Friday, Feb 26. AUDITIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED ON .mp3 .
